Terms of Service – Target UPSC Institute

By enrolling in or using the services of Target UPSC Institute, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment and Admission
Admission is confirmed only after full or partial payment of the prescribed fees. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.

2. Fees and Payment
All fees must be paid within the stipulated time. Failure to do so may result in suspension or cancellation of access to classes and study materials.

3. No Refund Policy
All fees paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Once payment is made, no refund requests will be entertained.

4. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline and respect faculty, staff, and fellow students. Any misconduct may result in termination of enrollment without notice.

5. Attendance and Participation
Regular attendance is the responsibility of the student. The institute is not liable for missed classes or incomplete portions due to student absence.

6. Study Material and Intellectual Property
All materials provided (notes, videos, tests, etc.) are the intellectual property of the institute and are for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Changes to Schedule or Faculty
The institute reserves the right to modify class schedules, course structure, or faculty assignments when necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability
The institute does not guarantee success in any examination. It shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of its services.

9. Termination of Services
The institute reserves the right to terminate access to its services if a student violates any of these terms.

10. Amendments
These terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
